Medicaid for Family Planning is limited to annual physical exams and pap tests, birth control including outpatient tubal ligations, and pregnancy tests. It will pay for STD and colposcopy services if performed within six weeks of the physical exam.

Women who have had a recent pregnancy will be automatically enrolled in the program for their first year of coverage.
